In season 1, episode 11 'A Plot for Nanny' Fran has a birthday and they make a big deal about her turning 30. It's known by everyone it's her thirtieth birthday. Yet, throughout the rest of the series it's a running joke that no one knows her real age. And that she claims to still be in her twenties. As if this event and episode never happened.
