Throughout this series, Cory and Topanga's future children have a few different potential names: Chewbacca and Plankton (in jest), Cory Jr. and Barbara, Steven and Chloe (which was, for several seasons, Topanga's mother's name as well), and Beverly Glen. None of those names made it to the spin-off (Girl Meets World (2014)) wherein they have a daughter named Riley and a son named August. Even the eldest son they almost had, who was ultimately cut from the show, was given the name Elliot instead of any of the names previously mentioned.
