This is the third movie where Arnold Vosloo is able to steal someone else's identity, with some sort of technology, or science. The first two movies where he did this was in "Darkman 2: the Return Of Durant"(1995), and the second was "Darkman 3: Die Darkman Die"(1996). In this movie he steals the president's face.
