Right over the specially designed Warner Bros. logo, Brad Bird mentions the film begins and ends with beeps. The beeps at the beginning are the Sputnik beeps which then fade into the beeps at the end of the film. This is representative of the tone of the film and the characters in it, as well, the idea of going from paranoia to understanding and acceptance.
