For his film, Antoine Blossier wanted the music to be "symphonic and thematic, like the great French compositions like those of Michel Legrand or Vladimir Cosma, while absorbing the sounds of John Williams and Danny Elfman". He relies on Romaric Laurence, his faithful composer of all his feature films. The latter worked with the women of the Choir of Radio France at the studio of the Seine in Paris and the Little Singers at the wooden cross to use their angelic voice in the film.
