Only 120 missions include the famous warning that the tape will "self-destruct": 5 say that the tape will "decompose"; 1 says that it will "destroy itself"; 12 instruct Briggs or Phelps to "dispose of"; 7 tell them to "destroy" it; and 3 contain no instructions, but Phelps destroys the recordings anyway.
