The film is the second Batman-related film to take place during the month of October. The first film is Batman Forever (1995). And the third film that follows this film is The Batman (2022). Albeit, both Batman Forever (1995) and The Batman (2022) briefly took place in October and on Halloween. This film took place from the middle of October to onward. For instance: In this film, the radio announcer at the beginning of the film stated that it was Thursday, October 15. Over the next few weeks, though it may seem unrelated to Halloween, people are seen wearing clown masks.Toward the end of the second act in Batman Forever (1995), during the scene where Dr. Chase Meridan goes to Wayne Manor for a date with Bruce Wayne, she and Alfred greet each other at the door wishing one another Happy Halloween. And one point, Alfred is seen handing out candy to trick-or-treaters.At the beginning of The Batman (2022), it's Halloween, and many people, adults and children alike, are dressed up in costumes.
