The film is divided up into four chapters: A Dark Spirit, Scorched Earth, Bad Animals Bad and Liver Lungs Spleen & Heart. The last of these refers to the order in which Jason Statham's son was shot and killed - and indeed is the same order that he exacts his revenge on Scott Eastwood's character.
