Throughout series 2 and 3, The Guardian insists that Zoot (who is dead) will be returning and will bring destruction upon the city. When he sees the plane with the Technos, he concludes "The ones who will bring about Zoot's prophecy are here." He is proven correct. Their leader Ram produces a computer program based on Zoot, which independently chooses to try and kill all humans in the city.
