The martial art used in the fist fight scene between Bucho's henchman Cristo and the other man (Robert Arevalo) is called Zipota, Basque foot fighting and it has a French cousin called Savate. It is practiced primarily in Texas. In real life, Arevalo is a practitioner of martial arts, studying Jeet Kune Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
