(at around 15 mins) During Starks first meeting with Doctor Strange, he questioned "What is your job exactly, besides making balloon animals?". It is a direct reference to Benedict Cumberbatch special skit appearance in Jimmy Kimmel Live! (2003) back in 2016 promoting Doctor Strange. In the skit, Jimmy is inviting Strange to a kid's birthday party, assuming that he can use his magic trick to entertain the kids. Strange then agreed and in one part of the skit trying to make balloon animal for one of the kids attending the birthday party.
