There are two variants of the song "We Will Rock You". The version shown rehearsed in the film is based on the "standard" version, as recorded in the studio for the "News of the World" (1977) album. The version most often played live, including at Live Aid (not shown in the film, but included in a video bonus feature) is the "fast" version. The lyrics are the same, but the "standard" version is mostly a capella with percussion (drums and audience handclaps/stomps) until the guitar solo; the "fast" version has guitar throughout, and (true to its name) a slightly quicker tempo.
