In season four, Doctor Roberts (Michael Nouri) leaves Orange County for a job at a hospital in Seattle. At one point he says to Summer, "It's a quirky hospital called Seattle Grace." This is the fictional hospital portrayed on ABC's Grey's Anatomy (2005). They further say "Is Doctor Roberts still being bossed around by the short lady?" This a reference to Doctor Miranda Bailey (Chandra Willson), a character on Grey's Anatomy (2005).
