Max's sawed-off shotgun misfires when he tries to shoot off Nux's wrist, as it did in Interceptor - Il guerriero della strada (1981). (When Furiosa pulls the trigger, it doesn't misfire, as there was only one live cartridge in the gun, as Nux had fired off the other one earlier).
