Betty White was the oldest of the four main actresses. With the death of Rue McClanahan, she became the last surviving member of the cast, until her passing on December 31, 2021. White was also the oldest of the eight regulars of Mary Tyler Moore Show (1970) and became the last surviving one as well, during the last four months of her life.
