Jane Doe's body is extremely clean, even in the basement "grave". In the morgue, her body is also extremely clean, possibly as part of the autopsy process. Interestingly, the soles of her feet are the only parts of her body that are visibly dirty, possibly from walking back and forth on the movie set.
