The shoot took place in the heart of the South Australian outback at Arkaroola, a private wildlife sanctuary in wild semi-desert country, located in the northern part of the Flinders Ranges, about 130 kilometers east of Leigh Creek, a country town also located in South Australia's Flinders Ranges.
