Dorothy, the Scarecrow and the Tin Man meet the Cowardly Lion and Dorothy hits him on the nose for trying to bite Toto, which makes him cry. Judy Garland breaks character and laughs at Bert Lahr, covering her laughter into Toto's nose. (This is at the exact midpoint of the movie, 0:50:53.) She recovers quickly and goes on with the scene.
