When Batman cracks the encryption on Luthor's drive, he finds the files on the metahumans. This enables him to identify the future members of the League. One may wonder why the drive contains no files on Bruce Wayne or Clark Kent.The answer must be that Luthor always intended that Bruce would copy the drive and crack it. It is likely the reason he invited Bruce to his home in the first place. If the drive had files on either Bruce or Clark, Bruce would realize Luthor knew their identities and was manipulating them both. It seems Luthor's intent was for the Batman to hunt down and destroy the other metahumans after he did away with Superman. Luthor knew he wasn't up to the task, but knew Batman certainly was.
