The address of the Warbucks mansion is 987 Fifth Avenue, which does not exist. If it did exist, it would be at the corner of 80th Street and Fifth Avenue. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is across the street, at 1000 Fifth Avenue. 987 5th Avenue was the Wm. B. Leeds Mansion, torn down in 1968.
