Leading lady Gloria Stuart would have many successes in the 1930s, then all but disappear from movie screens until her triumphant return in 1997, playing "Old Rose" in the mega-hit Titanic. That film reigned for several years as the biggest grossing movie of all time, won a boatload of Oscars (including Best Picture) and Stewart herself was nominated as Best Supporting Actress.
