The order to get chow, refit for a day Lurp and debrief consists of getting a meal, seeing the medic, rearming and supplying for 3 days of lang range reconnaissance patrol and a report detailing the actions of their last mission and a briefing on their next mission. High operational tempo, sleep deprivation and a variety of specialized missions involving small units moving fast and utilizing Sea Air, and Land operations are the very definition of a Navy SEAL Teams purpose.
