(at around 50 mins) BD Wong, who plays Dr. Henry Wu, states that the DNA of a cuttlefish has been incorporated into the Indominus Rex. On Gotham (2014), Hugo Strange, also portrayed by B.D. Wong, mixes cuttlefish DNA with the character of Fish Mooney during her reanimation.
