In the middle of their Hong Kong battle, Godzilla presses down on Kong's chest. He's won, and he knows it. But Kong is more than he appears, and when Godzilla gives a long, domineering roar, Kong returns the favor. While audiences don't know what these two were saying, this Twitter user's Godzilla vs. Kong fan theory puts Kong in Superman's place and Godzilla in Batman's place during the infamous Martha scene. Except, here, it would be the beloved Mothra who gets an impassioned shoutout.
