In the sequence that production designer Beth Mickle called "Harley Vision", Harley fights her way out of the palatial Corto Maltese manor where she was imprisoned. As she does so, she sees animated birds, flowers, and hearts explode. It's a cool visual but also a nice nod to her first-ever appearance in Batman (1992).
