Before Sir Richard Attenborough died, director Colin Trevorrow and executive producer Steven Spielberg had recorded Richard saying the same lines he said in Jurassic Park (1993) when John Hammond (Attenborough) first met Dr. Allan Grant (Sam Neill) and Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and made an offer to come to his island. The only line that was different was that Sir Richard didn't say "Welcome to Jurassic Park", instead he said "Welcome to Jurassic World" for trailer preview release only.
