Topanga refers to her mum as 'Chloe' in the episodes Cory's Alternative Friends and Boy Meets Girl. Cory then referred to her mum as 'Miriam' in season 3. Later on in the episode 'State of Unions' Topanga's mother is called 'Rhiannon' which sticks throughout the whole series. In the spinoff "Girl Meets World" Topanga's maternal grandmother name is revealed to be Rosie.
