During the cable car stunt, high above Rio de Janeiro, a real cliffhanger moment occurred when stuntman Richard Graydon slipped, and was hanging on for dear life. The rest of the crew, including Ken Adam, were petrified while the camera was rolling, and they were watching from a vantage point.
