(at around 22 mins) While Veidt talks to the press, the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center can be seen outside his office window. A blimp is also in the background, and appears to be flying towards the towers very slowly. At the end, when New York City is in ruins, and Veidt Enterprises is rebuilding the city, the towers still stand, unharmed.
