In season nine, episode ten, "Arlen City Bomber," Lucky Kleinschmidt (Tom Petty) tells Bobby Hill (Pamela Adlon) that he would help him "run down that dream" after Bobby laments that he would like to taste a corn chip right off of the line. This is a reference to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers song, "Running Down a Dream."
