In Season 4, Episode 10: "The Strong, Silent Type", Christopher Moltisanti (played by Michael Imperioli) is surprised he is summoned to a drug intervention for his uncontrolled use/abuse of heroin abuse. During the intervention, Tony Soprano (played by James Gandolfini) becomes angry with Christopher, yelling at him that his drug abuse will eventually kill him. Tony Soprano says, "We are here to talk about you killing yourself with drugs!" Christopher responds, "I'm going to kill myself? The way you f---kin' eat, you're gonna have a heart attack by the time you're 50!" This turned out to be a very prophetic statement, as James Gandolfini actually died from a heart attack at the age of 51, while on vacation with his son in Rome, Italy.
