On Christmas Eve 2019 a day before its theatrical release on Christmas Day, an article explained about the movie being the worst film ever was mainly because of Hey, Arnold!: Steely Phil/Quantity Time (1997) where Helga Pataki and her dad Big Bob see a parody of Cats called Rats and they agreed it was the worst thing they ever saw. Many fans who hated the movie did the same thing by making posts about it on Twitter by showing real cats the clip from the cartoon and jokes about the movie to say that it was pretty stupid.
