(at around 1h 30 mins) During the first X-Men (2000), Magneto at one point turned each police officer's gun on themselves and almost fired them all to coerce his escape while abducting Rogue. In Dark Phoenix, Magneto has come full circle as he finds himself doing the same thing except now he is defending Jean from being abducted by Vuk. With the rumors of Dark Phoenix being the final X-Men installment and Disney's recent acquisition of Fox, this could be a nod to the franchise wrap-up with a likely future reboot into the MCU.
