With the exception of season 3, each season finale has the characters saving another character, either literally or metaphorically: season 1 ends with Nick and Maury rescuing Andrew after his addiction sucked him into the Pornscape, season 2 ends with Nick, Andrew, Maury and Connie rescuing Jessi from the Depression Ward, temporarily curing her depression, and season 4 ends with Jessi, Andrew, and Missy helping Nick regain his body after his evil future self takes over his body.
