Listen closely, and you'll definitively hear Mechagodzilla producing slightly-mechanized versions of Ghidorah's vocalizations from King of the Monsters several times after Ghidorah's consciousness remnants hijack it. It's also worth noting, faint repetitions of Ghidorah's alpha roar were audible repeating and then gradually growing more mechanized when Ghidorah was in the process of hijacking Mechagodzilla.
