Bordering with south United States, Juarez is located in the north end of Mexico. However, shooting for the "Across the border" scene actually took place in the outskirts of Mexico City, in the central region of the country. On certain clips, one can see the name of the municipality "Cd. Neza" (short for Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl) as well as a campaign banner rooting for the mayor elected on the year of filming.
