In the big finale scene, when a building front lands around Johnny Knoxville, he was specifically told to not move, since the placement was perfect so that the building wouldn't hit him. In the first take, Knoxville instinctively flinched, and the building front landed on him. Knoxville's daughter, Madison, was on the set, and promptly started scolding him for ruining the take. Her voice can be heard in the outtake, shouting, "Daddy, what the heck! What's wrong with you?"
