The castle used as the Luthor Mansion is called Hatley Castle, located at the Hatley Park Historical Site in Colwood, British Columbia. It has been used as a backdrop for many TV shows and movies. As previously mentioned, as Xavier's School for the Gifted in X-Men (2000) and X-Men 2 (2003), and in a closer example, as the Queen Mansion in Arrow (2012) are just a few.
