Alexis was introduced in the season one finale, as a surprise witness to testify against Blake. A producer's friend played the still-uncast part, making a dramatic entrance in dark glasses and a wide-brimmed hat with a veil covering most of her face. Joan Collins was cast during the break between seasons one and two.
