Alexander Siddig's character, Imad, is never referred to by name by anyone throughout the theatrical or extended cut. Since he poses as his servant in his introductory scene then in his next scene, he is revealed to be a high-ranking officer of the Saracen army, it could be assumed HE is Mummed al'Fais and that his servant, who Balian killed in their fight, is not. Also, in early posters for Kingdom of Heaven found on either the Four-Disc Extended Cut or the iTunes extras, Siddig's character was named Nasir. In the movie Syriana, released in 2005 (same year as Heaven), Siddig plays a character called Nasir.
