The poster at the head of Dan's bed is for the band Talking Heads concert film Stop Making Sense. Talking Heads is a nice bit of foreshadowing for what's to come with Dr. Hill. Jonathan Demme, director of the concert film, went on to direct The Silence of the Lambs.
