The song Humko Tumpe Pyar Aaya (Afoo Khudaa) from Jab Jab Phool Khile was selected for Shah Rukh Khan's dance. The real reason ( source of inspiration) for the decision was Kamal Hassan. Kamal Hassan played the role of a dwarf in the film Appu Raja in 1990. The only lead actor before Shah Rukh Khan to play a dwarf for the entire film. Kamal then went on to perform the song "Humko Tumpe Pyar Aaya " in the video film of songs, "Naya Andaz" released in 1990. Kamal performed the classic song with Anita Raaj . In recent times, the song was used as a sample in the film "F.U.". The song name is "Afoo Khudaya".
