Angela Kinsey (Angela Martin) and Oscar Nuñez (Oscar Martinez) knew each other for years before being cast as their characters. They had no idea each other was cast until the first table read. Kinsey said on the Office Ladies podcast that she was immensely relieved to see her friend and made the experience more comfortable.
