Slowly with the time spent together those nerves went away and they were replaced very quickly by the phone call I got where Todd Haynes told me he wanted me to learn how to drive a 1949 Packard stick shift. Stick shift! I don't drive a stick shift in a car today, much less in a tank like that, much less with Cate Blanchett in the passenger's seat."
