Baron von Ghoulish is brushing his teeth in his bathroom while humming and singing, "Singin' in the Rain," the first scene he is in. This is a reference to the film A Clockwork Orange, where the lead character played by Malcolm McDowell, the voice of von Ghoulish, sings the same song twice, once in a bathroom.
