The original title for the show was "Quantico", and the pilot was filmed in Vancouver, Canada. In the "Quantico" script, Jason Gideon was named Jason Donovan. Finally, a show named Quantico (2015) did come out, produced by the same company behind Criminal Minds, eOne.
