After Billy gets out of the hospital, he is visited at home by AnnaSophia Robb's character's (referred to throughout and in the credits as "Blah Blah Blah"), and while she is telling Billy about school gossip and news, Flip (Ian Nelson) walks in to visit Billy in his room also, and Blah Blah Blah leaves. As Florence (Celia Weston) shows her out, you can hear Florence asking, "What did you say your name was?" (no reply is heard to Florence's question) at the same moment that Flip asks Billy what her name is, and Billy laughingly confesses "I have no idea, (and) she's my very best friend." Flip displays faux outrage, saying "I thought I was your best friend".
