During his conversation with the Kid about Morris girl group,Billy mentions that he has three act he doesn't need four.However The Revolution and The Time are the only two groups prominently featured performing at the club leaving the third act unknown but there is a brief scene of Dez Dickerson performing the song Modernaire so it is possible he is the third act that Billy is talking about.
