Early in the movie Angelo tells Grace that it's been more than a year since her surgery & her scar was barely noticeable when in fact it had been less than a year since her surgery. At 1:28:47 in Grace reads the newspaper dated 4/12/2000 that says Elizabeth died 4/12/1999 which was when Grace had her heart transplant.
