The small red duffel bag Jason Bourne takes from Gemeinschaft Bank in Zurich early in the movie when he cleans out the safe deposit box, and later gives to Marie when he sends her away, shows up again towards the end of the film as a hanging planter in Marie's scooter rental shop.
